Occupational Therapist

Tania qualified in 1988 from Cardiff.

Tania's interest in hands began at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge, where she worked in a small team seeing plastics, rheumatology and orthopaedic patients.

She moved with her family to Bristol in 2002 and has been working in the Hand Rehabilitation Unit at the Bristol Royal Infirmary since 2003 as a Senior Hand Therapist.

She makes individually fitted thermoplastic and neoprene splints for both support and protection and to correct deformities.

Tania has joined Keith James' practice primarily to work alongside a consultant hand surgeon to provide a post-operative rehabilitation service for his private patients. She will be working with conditions including trapeziectomies, Dupuytrens fasciectomies, MCP replacements and carpal tunnel release.

8.30 - 5.30 Monday - Friday
9.00 - 1.00 Occasional Saturdays
